Joshua has spent 25+ years keeping enterprise systems running at scale, today as a VP leading 24/5 incident response and AI enablement at a top-tier financial services firm. He earlier founded Sun Valley Tech Solutions and grew it into a 25-person implementation partner for Fortune 500 clients. At Majoto he designs the agent and automation systems Aria runs on, so the concierge behaves like production software, not a demo.
Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Tom brings 22+ years in customer experience and contact-center technology, most recently as a Platform Consultant at Verint. As VP of Professional Services at Sun Valley Tech he delivered 40+ implementations for clients including JPMorgan Chase, USAA, and Verizon. Certified through Google's AI Professional program and n8n, he shapes how HireConcierge turns a messy job search into a dependable, repeatable workflow.
