HireConcierge ("the Service") is operated by MajotoAI LLC("we", "us"). The Service uses automated agents to discover job postings, tailor your resume and cover letter to each posting, and submit applications on your behalf. Use of the Service requires an account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of every piece of information you provide, including your resume, preferences, work authorization, and EEO disclosures, and you warrant that you have the right to share it.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hireconcierge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to: submit applications on behalf of anyone other than yourself; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; reverse engineer the Service; resell credits; or attempt to interfere with the integrity of our systems.
The Service runs on a credit model delivered through monthly subscription plans. Each plan (Starter, Pro, and Power) refills your search, resume, and apply credits at the start of every billing cycle, at the prices listed on the Pricing page. If you run low mid-cycle, you can buy an apply top-off, a one-time purchase that adds apply credits, at any time. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Credits are non-transferable, hold no monetary value outside the Service, and are consumed when their corresponding action runs (a search, a resume tailoring, an application submission). Subscription credits are allotted for each billing cycle; apply top-off credits remain in your balance while your account is active. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page, which stops future renewals while leaving your plan active through the end of the current cycle. Pricing and plan contents may change; changes apply to renewals and future purchases, not to a cycle you have already paid for.
HireConcierge is an automated job-application tool. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes, or that any specific application will be received, reviewed, or actioned by an employer. Some applications may be rejected by employer systems, fail captchas, or be blocked by anti-automation measures outside our control.
Resumes, cover letters, and other application content produced by the Service are generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing anything submitted on your behalf. Where supported, you can review and edit applications before submission via the dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account, or by emailing support@hireconcierge.ai. When you delete your account we schedule it for permanent erasure after a 14-day recovery window (signing back in during that window restores it); after the window your applications, documents, inbox, profile, and any remaining credits are permanently deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled. Billing invoices are retained as required by law. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of consumed credits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
We want you to be happy with HireConcierge. If you are not, here is how refunds work:
If you were charged for a subscription renewal or bought an apply top-off within the last 14 days and have not used the credits from that charge, email support@hireconcierge.ai from the address on your account and we will refund it in full. Any unused credits tied to that charge will be revoked from your ledger at the same time.
Credits that have already been consumed (a search has been run, a resume has been tailored, or an application has been submitted) are non-refundable. The automation work happens at the moment of consumption and the third-party cost has already been incurred on our side.
We may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion of a recent charge (computed as the amount paid minus the proportional cost of any credits already consumed). Contact support@hireconcierge.ai.
You can cancel your plan any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its remaining cycle credits stay active through the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically prorate a partial cycle, but if something went wrong, email support@hireconcierge.ai and we will make it right.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically settling in 5–10 business days. Your HireConcierge credit ledger will show negative offsetting rows with the reason "Refund."
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Our Privacy Policy now lives on its own page: hireconcierge.ai/privacy. It covers, in plain language, what we collect, how AI processing works, your candidate mailbox, the service providers we use, your rights, and retention.
This is v0 of our legal documentation. We will update it as the Service evolves; the effective date at the top reflects the current version.
